The brief

Mira helps clinics run long treatment plans for chronic conditions. Nurses kept plans in spreadsheets, patients kept them on the fridge, and the two rarely matched.

The work

After four weeks of research on the ward, we designed one shared timeline. Patients see what is next and why; nurses see the same plan with the clinical detail unfolded beneath it.

Readable over months

Plans can run for a year, so the interface is built for returning, not for first impressions. Every change is dated and signed, and the timeline always opens on today.

Outcome

Mira now runs in three clinics. Missed appointments fell in the pilot, and nurses stopped printing the plan.
